Once upon a time, at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube rivers was the site of the former Water Town. Today, this spot near Kalemegdan is a place where people who love fish and having a good time traditionally gather every summer.

Since 2007, our largest gastronomic event on the river has attracted both local and neighboring chefs, as well as a large number of visitors who know how to appreciate skillfully prepared river specialties. 

Fish Fest Belgrade is organized by the fish restaurant Vodenica, the association "Dunav u srcu", as well as the municipality of Stari grad.
